Geography of the festival
The International Festival of Folk Crafts "Axe Festival" is one of the most striking events in the life of the Tomsk Region. The festival can rightfully be called the calling card of the region, because over the many years of its existence it has become one of the most famous, popular, anticipated and beloved events. The Axe Festival has been held in the Tomsk region since 2008 and attracts hundreds of participants and thousands of spectators from all over the country and neighboring countries.The Okolitsa Nature Park hosts four competitions for craftsmen in various categories, a large arts and crafts fair, and a rich concert program."The Axe Festival" is a week of exciting events, new impressions and immersion in real art!
